Appearance and conditions of used equipment vary considerably, and for most used equipment products we insist that you see and inspect the equipment prior to your purchase. Feel free to fully inspect it upon first initial inspection and don’t hesitate about asking to test the equipment in our warehouse, we do not have 3 phase hook up. Keep in mind that the equipment is pre-owned and will have dings and scratches. A lot of the time we sell the equipment with what it came in with unless the parts are required to operate the equipment, it goes out with what it came in with.
Used Equipment sold by JR National is guaranteed to be in working condition. If you have questions or concerns about your Used purchase, call 314-638-2200 to discuss. In order to give our customers peace of mind and assurance that they are purchasing quality equipment, JR National will warranty used items 30 days from the date of purchase.
JR National will supply any/all necessary parts to repair used units if it should fail in the first 30 days after the date of purchase. Used Equipment Warranty applies to St. Louis metro and surrounding areas only, for out of state sales, items are shipped AS IS with NO returns. Should an item fail to operate properly during the first 30 days from the date of purchase, please notify JR National of the issue and we will – at our discretion:
- Repair the item using one of our Preferred Providers.
- Replace the item if we have a similar unit in stock.
- Receive failed item back to warehouse, provide sticker credit of failed item for JR National, minus a restocking fee.
Labor will be performed by a qualified technician at the sole choice of JR National and at the buyer’s expense. You must contact JR National to make a warranty claim before work has begun. Warranty parts replaced without JR National prior approval will not be reimbursed. Warranty does not include cosmetic reconditioning, failure due to improper installation or use, abuse or neglect.
**Freight on parts requiring Expedited Shipment will be the Buyer’s Responsibility **
** Before storing food in any refrigeration equipment, we recommend that the unit be allowed to operate at least 24 hours after installation to ensure proper internal temperature **
** JR National is not responsible for the loss of revenue, product, or productivity as a result of failed equipment at any time**
** If Picking up an item from JR National, must have proper vehicle for the item purchased, certain items in certain vehicles will void warranty **
The warranty herein made is the only warranty with regard to the equipment. JR National specifically disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to, implied Warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. JR National liability is limited to the cost of repair set forth above, and under no circumstances shall JR National be liable for any special consequential damages.
If your product should breakdown within the time frame of your manufacturer warranty on NEW items, you should call JR National 314-638-2200 and we’ll help you resolve your warranty and any required service, return, or replacement with the manufacturer.
